If you really want to get closer to the vineyards, then why not let us arrange a tutored tasting which will bring them alive. These are more in the form of a seminar, and you will get to know what makes each region distinctive and special.
This is just a small selection to tempt your palate, but we can cover most wine areas of the world!
• Bordeaux - the home of some of the most famous names in the world and a favourite of wine lovers for centuries. The area includes St. Emilion, The Medoc and Graves, as well as the luscious dessert wines of Sauternes.
• Burgundy possibly the most seductive wines in the world. Pinot Noir is the Holy Grail for many winemakers, but what makes it so unique when grown in the famed Cote D'or?
• Champagne and Sparkling Wine discover the secret of the bubble. Sheer luxury!
• Italy La Dolce Vita. The largest wine producer in the world with a huge range of grape varieties and styles.
• New Zealand a relative youngster in world terms, but already wowing drinkers with their vibrant sauvignons.
• Greece yes, there really is Life Beyond Retsina', and the standard of winemaking here is as good as their football remember Euro 2004! Come prepared to be surprised!
